Expressions are sought for an Australian world-leading, e-waste recycling and resource recovery group with national operations and bespoke processing technology. The Company has licensed facilities across Australia, including New South Wales, Victoria, and Queensland.

Founded in 2018, Sircel has partnered with major corporations and local councils across Australia to recover valuable materials for reuse in the circular economy.

The Group services major electronics manufacturers, global retailers, and industrial waste and government providers , and is strategically positioned within Australia’s fast-growing sustainability and critical minerals supply chain.

The Group owns and operates an e-waste recycling network, using systems that extract and refine valuable commodities, diverting materials from landfill and returning it to the circular economy.

The Company's Infrastructure and Capability includes:


  • Seven (7) facilities across Australia
  • Solar panel recycling facility capable of processing whole panels recovering high-value outputs
  • Australia's first dedicated whole Printed Circuit Board (PCB) resource recovery line developed to extract and refine advanced metals

The Group holds the following Plant and Equipment:


  • Mechanical processing equipment for large volumes of e-waste and PCB material
  • Solar Panel Mechanical Separation Processing Line 
  • Dust collectors & VOC system 
  • Optical Sorting Equipment
  • Shredding and Recycling equipment
  • Copper Granulator 
  • Electrostatic Separation System

SUMMARY OF THE EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST PROCESS:



  1. Download and fill in the Confidentiality Deed Poll here.
  2. Register your interest via submitting your details.
  3. Following receipt of the signed Confidentiality Deed Poll, you will be provided with a confidential information memorandum.
  4. Expressions of interest and NBIO's are requested to be submitted by 27th February 2026.
  5. Following the submission of NBIO’s, the Receivers and Managers will invite selected parties to proceed further with the Sale Process, providing them access to the Virtual Data Room and allowing them to request additional information from the Companies, forming Stage 2 of the Sale Process.
